Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Weather-related delays
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Orders returned to sender can be refunded minus shipping charges.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.
